Lisa Scotch relocated to the east coast of Florida in 2021 from the Tampa Bay area. She is an alum of the University of South Florida and has been in and out of the state since the age of seven. She first received her real estate license at a young age but decided to further her education earning both her master’s degree in health psychology and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology.
Although she has been in the business of teaching, mentoring, and helping others for decades, she has returned to her roots in real estate. She brings unique expertise to the field combining the expert ability to truly understand a client’s needs with her background in psychology while having prior experience as a real estate agent and a mortgage closer. In addition, her list of expertise includes research, which integrates extreme attention to detail.
